Variable 12-hour shifts (8a-8p, 12p-10p, 8p-8a per week)
12 shifts a month
Weekends- potentially
Required- ATLS
Required- NCCPA


REQUIREMENTS: Certified NP or PA-C; ATLS.
SCHEDULE: Coverage needed for July 2024 upon credentialing and payer enrollment. Shifts are 12-hour shifts, both day and night and including weekends (8a-8p, 12p-10p, 8p-8a).
LICENSING RESTRICTION: We are only considering candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois.
PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED.
