• 12-15 PPD
• All ages
• 70% adults 30% kids
• support staff, 1 MA, 1 Office Assistant
• E Clinical Works
• BLS, PALS
• Pap smear
• Below the belt exam
• 30-90 day credentialing depending on license and experience
• WI License and experience only takes 30 days
• Open to T&L
