Locums Family Nurse Practitioner in Olympia, WA

Highlights:
ASAP Start Date
$70 - $80/hour Negotiable Pay
Airfare, Rental Car, and Lodging covered for travelers

Contract Information:
- Community Health Center Setting
- 3 month contract with possibility to extend
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8AM - 5PM
- All ages seen, peds to adult and around 18 per day
- EPIC EMR
- 2 to 3 week credentialing timeframe

Requirements:
- WA License
- WA DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- 2 years of experience as an FNP
- Face to face contact within the last year
