PA/NP Needed for Assisted Living Facility

Job description

• ASAP START DATE
• Mon - Fri
• 8am - 5pm
• 3 month assignment with possibility to extend
• 20-25 patients daily
• Duties: rounding, re-certifications, med checks, admissions and discharges
• 1 MD & 1 NP on site
• 1 week of training with travel & lodging to learn EMR & shadow NPs
• EMR: Gerimed
• 2-3 weeks credentialing
• Looking for a provider that focuses on relationship building and has a friendly demeanor
