• Urgent Care Hours are 10a-6p for each shift
• OP clinic hours are 7:30a - 5:30a for each shift
• EMR is MEDITECH Expanse
• Average between 20-25 patients per day, capped at 30-32
• Will see all ages
• Credentialing - emergency privileges with collaborating physician in both the urgent care and OP clinics
• 1 RN and 1 front office staff member
• Primary Care procedures including comfortability and experience with bread and butter procedures such as lacerations, catheter injections etc.
• Mainly scheduled patients with some walk-ins
