Job description

* Private on-site clinic focused on providing healthcare for factory employees
* This provider will be responsible for diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions,
conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being
* Primarily seeing adult patients.
* BLS and DOT certification required

• 3 month contract
• 5x8 hour days per week
• FAST credentialing timeline (1-2weeks)
