Job description

• All ages
• Float locations only between Main and West.
• Bilingual English/Spanish HIGHLY preferred not required
• 40 Hours per week as needed. 10 hour shifts.
• EMR: EPIC
• Experience in prior Community Health settings is Highly desired.
• Bread and Butter Community Health cases
• Highly prefer local candidates, as this assignment may extend longer.
• Open to Travel and lodging for the right candidate
