About the Role Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide family/urgent care services including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
Perform diagnostic evaluations and order appropriate laboratory tests
Administer medications, including injections, in accordance with established protocols
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
Qualifications- Must have experience in senior care, psychopharmacology, hospice palliative medicine, medical-surgical, critical care, and geriatrics
- Proficient in suturing wounds when necessary
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills with a solid understanding of physiology
- Ability to administer injections safely and effectively
