New Jersey Family Medicine Need

Job description

• Must see all ages (50/50 adults/children)
• Mon-Thurs, every other Sat
• 9 am - 6 pm (Sat 9 am - 1 pm)
• Will accept provider willing to do 3 days x week minimum
• Averages patients/day 16-24/day
• Basic primary care (sick and well visits, follow ups, medication management, etc)
• One week credentialing
• Support staff: 1:1 MA
• EMR: CyberMed
• No travel and lodging
