Job description

• 3 month assignment.
• Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts or Monday-Thursday 9 hour shifts and Friday 8-12:30
• 21-26 PPD
• Bread and butter Community Health - Diabetes, Hyper tension, etc.
• Ages 0-99
• EMR: ECW
• Support staff: 1-1.5MA's, Front desk team, typically an NP/PA or Pediatrician on site.

• Ongoing
