Facility: A Federally Qualified Health Center that provides low acuity primary care services to underserved communities in the county and are staffed at local schools. Patients are the students and families. They operate six clinics that serve more than 4,800 individuals annually, fulfilling its mission to provide essential, high-quality, and affordable health care services for adults and children in the local community. Opportunity: Locums Family Advanced Practitioner Needed for Coverage in Silicon Valley * Start Date/Duration: ASAP; 60-90 day assignment, or ongoing * 4 days a week. Tuesday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm * Preference for fully onsite, but will consider a hybrid schedule * Case load expectations 2-3 patients per an hour with flexibility as needed * CA license Compensation: $85-$95 per hour with weekly pay and malpractice included.
