Specialty: NP/PA – Family Practice
Start Date: End of June
Contract Length: 6 Months
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, 8p-8:30a - night shifts
Schedule: Th, Fri, Sat nights or Fri, Sat, Sun nights 12 hour shifts.
Work Details:
· Department Description: basic urgent care/family medicine needs, providing health assessments for arrivals before they can be admitted. PA/NP accepted.
· EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
• Clinic
Requirements:
· License required: CA
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: new grads will be considered. *Must be able to see all ages*
Credentialing Timeframe: can be done in less than 1 week

• Scheduled + No Call
• 6 month contract
