• Location: Grand Canyon, AZ
• Target Start: 9/15/24
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: 3 days / week (8a-6p)
• Patients per day: 15-20, outpatient
• Patient Population/Age: all ages, mainly adults
• Department Description: outpatient clinic
• EMR: Athena Practice
• Requirements: Board Certification, DEA, Active AZ , Covid vaccinated, 3 years’ experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• 3 days per week
