Job description

- Clinic located roughly 2.5 hours northeast of Flagstaff, AZ (rural/remote area, but very pretty!)
- Contract length: July 1 - September 30
o Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Roughly 12-15 patients per day
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Any state license is accepted
