Start Date: As soon as credentialed.

Work Details:
· Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to.
· Department Description: Community Health Center
· EMR: EPIC
· Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

• Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week
• Will be scheduled to see up to 16 patients per day
• Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
