Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in North Pinellas County

Job description

We have a group in North Pinellas County looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant for their Manage Care/Risk Management office. You will be working with other physicians in the office but will have your own adult 12-15 patients per day. There is a greater focus on preventive care and education rather than high volumes. This is an Outpatient only with no hospital work, M-F, 8-5pm.
Excellent location and compensation package, depending on your experience and qualifications. Must be experienced with documenting progress notes with HCC risk conditions.
3+ Years experience at Risk management.
