Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5

Work Details:
· Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MA
· Patients per shift: 18
· Patient population/age: Mix of peds/adults
· Department description: Family Medicine
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Certified
· License required: Active CA License; NO LICENSURE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED
· Minimum experience required: 3 years
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
