Primary Care - Family Nurse Practitioner

EMR: Epic

Schedule: Full or Part Time - minimum of 4 hour shift blocks per day, completely flexible schedule (you tell me when you're available and we will work with you to make it happen), up to 10 different locations options (able to work at one location or float multiple to allow higher earning potential). Schedules run on a monthly basis.

Support Staff: MA, RN, LVN, Front Office Staff

Qualifications: FQHC Experience is ideal
