A federal facility in northeastern Arizona that has a contract assignment for a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to assist their team.
About the Assignment:
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
Call shifts required
Setting: Outpatient
May work at multiple facilities
Patient Population: All ages
Duties: provide acute and chronic primary and urgent care services
Support staff available

QUALIFICATIONS
Current DEA registration
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
Board certification in Family Practice
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
Strong proficiency in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
