Long Term FNP Opportunity near Cottonwood, AZ - Full Time Coverage Needed

Job description

• Start Date: As soon as credentialled (30 day cred timeframe)
• Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
• Schedule: 5x8s, Mon- Fri
• Patients per day: 14-16
• Patient population/age: Mainly adults, although the clinic is open to all ages
• Requirements:
o Must have active AZ license in hand
o 5 years’ experience working as an FNP
• Trave/ Lodging / Malpractice insurance: covered

• Ongoing for 6 months with option to extend
• No call
• No weekends
