Schedule Details: Every Sunday from 10a-10p

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• Practice Setting: Emergency Medicine
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
• Avg. Daily Census: 10-14 per day
• Beds: 25 bed critical access
• Patient Age Group: all ages

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: NCCPA required
• State License(s): PA highly preferred but will consider licensure
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• CSR Req’d: No
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2 years highly preferred

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Willing To License?: Will consider

Travel: Client will pay for Lodging and Mileage.
