Location: Williamsburg, VA

Bed Count: 40
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, with ongoing coverage potential

Schedule:
Looking for 10-hour shifts
No call or overtime required

Work Environment:
Fast-paced community hospital setting
4 anesthesia rooms
Heavy ortho, endoscopy, urology, and general surgery cases, with some adult ENT
Supervision:

MDs supervise CRNAs
CRNA to MD ratio is 4:1
MDs also perform their own cases

Requirements:
Board Certification required
Willing to license candidates
Credentialing timeline is 90 days

Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, including ortho, endoscopy, urology, general surgery, and some adult ENT.
Work collaboratively with a team of anesthesiologists and other CRNAs in a supervised environment.
Ensure patient safety and maintain accurate records using the Epic EMR system.
