Credentialing Timegrame: Emergency Privileges granted in 30 days
Contract Length: Negotiable
Shift/Schedule Details:
• Monday-Thursday
• 7:00am-3:00pm
• Guaranteed shifts
• NO CALL

Work Details:
• Support staff: Work independently. There are no other anesthesia staff in-house or on-call. Surgeon, OR staff only.
• Patients per week: Avg. of 20 cases Mon-Thurs
• Department description: Critical access, Inpatient Unit
• Types of cases: General, Ortho, Endo, Healthy Peds including aged under 2 (not complex- typically tonsils, ear tubes).
• EMR: Paper charting
Practice Setting:
• Critical Access Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: OH License
• DEA: Not required
• CSR: Not required
