A busy hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
About the facility location
Upstate New York is filled with beautiful sights to see like Niagara Falls, Watkins Glenn State Park, and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum!
About the clinician's workday
The clinician will be required to perform Ortho, ENT, General Surgery, Gyne, Plastics, Podiatry, GI endo. No peds required. Anesthesiologists perform blocks. No OB unless to cover a C-section with anesthesiologist's spinal or epidural. CRNA's will be supervised. The clinician will work as a collegial part of a multi-disciplinary OR team. There are 4-5 cases per day, roughly. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7a-3:30p . There will be no CT, neuro, or cranial. The EMR system is EPIC. The staff includes anesthesia techs, PAs, nurses, and OR techs. ACLS, MMR, and COVID vaccines are required.
