Looking for an exciting CRNA opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We’re hiring CRNAs for a float pool assignment between two facilities in Faribault and Owatonna, MN, just a short distance from the metro area. This is a unique role for providers looking to make a difference in both locations, with an emphasis on strong OB experience and flexibility in scheduling.

Full-Time Preferred: Full-time availability is ideal, but we’re open to reviewing candidates with availability for two weeks per month.
Weekend Call: Weekend call is part of the rotation and shared among all providers, making it a well-balanced team effort.

Schedule Highlights:
Regular Hours: Monday-Thursday for elective cases
Fridays: Emergency cases only (e.g., c-sections)
Shift Duration: 8-hour days with call required (including overnight and weekend call on a rotation)
Work Environment: You’ll work in an unsupervised CRNA model, handling procedures independently but with MDs available to assist when needed.
Strong OB Experience Required, especially in VBAC/TOLAC cases
Patient Population: Treat both adult and pediatric patients.
Special Procedures: Experience in VBAC/TOLAC, blocks, epidurals, and ENT procedures is essential.
