About the clinician's workday

This position is in a hospital setting, utilizing Cerner as the documentation system/EMR. CRNAs work under a 1:4 MDA supervision ratio. The average number of surgical cases per day is 45, with no pain management cases performed. The facility has a Level 1 adult trauma designation and a Level 2 pediatric trauma designation. The patient demographic includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Required procedures include general surgical cases for adults and neurosurgical cases, with comfort working with pediatric populations preferred. Additional procedures include intraoperative management of general surgery, urology, gynecology, podiatry, and vascular cases. Offsites include the EP lab, endoscopy, and interventional radiology.
