About the clinician's workday

We are seeking a full-time commitment for at least three months from a candidate who must be licensed in Massachusetts and board certified. The standard schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with the exception of administrative onboarding and orientation days, which are typically 8-hour days over a span of 4-5 days, depending on the plan. While experience in OB and a willingness to take OB calls is beneficial, it is not required. On average, the number of cases in the OR ranges from 3 to 9 per day.
