CRNA Assignment in Goshen, IN – Independent Role with Balanced Schedule

Job description

Are you looking for a CRNA role that offers variety, independence, and a structured work-life balance? Located in Goshen, IN, this locum position provides a mix of general cases with a strong focus on high-risk OB, orthopedic, and urology cases, among others. Join a collaborative team of CRNAs and MDs, each working independently in both the hospital and ASC. With a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off rotation and evenly shared shifts, you’ll find a steady rhythm in this high-volume facility while enjoying time off to recharge.

Assignment Overview:
Start: 2/3/2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday, cases start at 7:30 AM, rotating 8- and 10-hour shifts; ASC operates 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM + evenly rotated call options.
Post Call: Primary call providers receive a post-call day off.

Key Case Types: General, endoscopy, orthopedics, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, oncology, and select vascular cases. Procedures require proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.

Practice Model: Independent practice, non-supervisory. 6 CRNAs and 4 MDs work daily, rotating evenly between the main hospital and ASC.

Requirements:
Experience: Must be proficient in high-risk OB, spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NBCRNA certification required.
Credentialing: 60-90 days; temp privileges available for providers with a clear background.
