CRNA Needed in Illinois

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length:3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8 Hour shifts; No Call or Weekends
Performing cataracts, eye plastics procedures

Illinois License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: TBD
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
