Job description

-Shift Type: 7a-5p, [4x10's].
-Will need summer coverage - 3 – 13s.
-We could also use someone to cover 6pm-7am alternating Thursday and Friday nights.
-Regular Hours: Required.
-Case Type(s): General.
-OT expected.
-In House Call: Required
-Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required
-Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required
-Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes
-CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.
-Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 33
-Site Charting System: Epic.
-Credentialing: 120 days.
-$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
