CRNA needed near Palm City, FL to start in 45-90 days.

Job description

- Length of need: 3 Months - with extension
- Provider MUST BE at least 75 miles from facility
- Average Time to Credential: 90 days, but will rush temps in 45 days
- Variety of cases including: General Surgery, vascular, Neuro, Spines, OB/Gyn, Ortho, Urology, Endo, Ent, plastics.
- Proficiency with labor epidurals is preferred but not required
- Clinician will be cross credentialed at St. Lucie Surgery Center(F796)
- Majority Case Type: Ortho, General
- Average Monthly Case: 600-700 per month
- Required Procedures: epidural skills preferred but NOT Required
- EMR: Paper Anesthesia, hospital meditech
- Current Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday 8's or four 10's per week. Clinician should be flexible with 8's and 10's that is ideal. If not, not a deal breaker but if on 10's they should be flexible with all days of the week Monday thru Friday.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
