6 weeks on , 3 weeks off.
Call in 2 weeks within the 6 weeks on (one week blocks
Monday - Friday: 5x8's.
Licensed providers highly preferred; need coverage ASAP.
General mix, Ortho, ENT, Endo, GYN, OB
