A Tribal Health Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facilities are located in Klamath Falls or Chiloquin, Oregon.
A full-time Family Practice physician is needed Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM to provide general primary care services. The role involves supporting two different clinic locations, with the specific sites to be determined.
